Celebrate Freedom in a Glendale Hot Tub

Everyone knows you have a party with the 4th of July.  But what you may not know, is that a hot tub is a great place to watch the fireworks, particularly if you live near downtown Glendale.  You can watch the fireworks, ooh and ah, and take a soak.  If you get a big enough hot tub, your friends can join you too.
Everyone does a barbecue or a potluck.  If you want to stand out, install a hot tub in Glendale.  Hot tubs are great for relaxing, and can make your holiday even more memorable.  A hot tub is also a great investment.  Not just in your house and yard, but also in your health.

Hot Tubs Help with Health Issues

A hot tub can help with a wide variety of health issues, from diabetes to circulatory issues.  Because of the proven benefits of heat and massage, you can enjoy relaxation as well as stress relief.  All of these reasons are compelling ones.  Stress is one of the biggest contributors to heart disease, hypertension, and other issues. If you soak in a hot tub, however, you can almost go into a meditative state, which is conducive to helping you relax.  The more you relax, the less of a hold that stress has on your life.  When it is time to shop for a hot tub, make sure you have a checklist in place.
Figure out how big of a hot tub it is that you want, as well as what your budget is.  Make sure that you buy only from someone that uses a low pressure sales approach, and who will get you into the right hot tub, not just a hot tub in general.  And if you find the right hot tub dealer, like us for example, you can even get a hot tub that's affordable, in good condition, and has a warranty.
So remember, be safe this holiday.  Don't drink and drive, and be careful out on the roads.  And make sure you give yourself some time to relax.  One of the best ways to do this?  Simple, call a hot tub dealer in Glendale, and get into the hot tub that's right for you.

Hot Tub Installation Part 1: Outdoor Installation

Part one of a series on hot tub installation explores installing in the more traditional of locations: outdoors.

Where to Install a Hot Tub?

If you want to look at outdoor locations, here are several ideas of where to install a hot tub in Chandler.  First off, you want your hot tub to be put somewhere private, so that rules out your front yard unless it is walled off.   Most homeowners associations and city governments would probably not like a tub in your front yard in any event, so you want to stay on the right side of the law and or your HOA's rules.  If not, you're probably going to be paying some excessive fines from both the city government and your HOA as well.
You also want to install your hot tub where you won't have to worry about water damage, so don't put it near an expensive flower bed or near the foundation of your home.  A good place is in the back yard, somewhere with either a concrete slab or pre-fabricated spa pad.  Installation, however is one of the last steps you want to plan out.  First off, you have to figure out what your budget is for your hot tub.

Buy a Hot Tub That You Can Afford

Knowing your budget is key before you buy a hot tub in Chandler.  The cost of the tub is just the beginning.  You also want to make sure that you're going to be able to afford accessories such as hot tub steps, spa covers, and chemicals of course.  In addition, you want to be able to afford the water bill as well as the electric bill each month.  So, while it is fun to contemplate having a hot tub that holds 50 people, unless you live in a mega mansion, you're probably better with a 4-6 person tub instead.
So, remember, life is all about choices.  Choose well where your tub is going to go, and  how big it's going to be.  Then you won't just have a tub, you'll have the best hot tub ever.
This concludes part one of our series.  Be sure to read part two for more information about hot tub installation.

Install a Hot Tub in Time for the Big Game

It's time to install a hot tub in time for the Big Game.   Here are some points to be aware of, however.

Hot Tub Installation:  Which Option Is Best for You?

If you wish to install a hot tub, you have several options available to you regarding a hot tub base.  These options range from cheap to expensive, and each have their pluses and minuses.  These options are: spa pads, installing a deck, concrete slabs, and gravel bases. Both concrete slabs and installing a deck are sturdy and durable, however, they also require you to get someone with a bit of know how to put them in, and they obviously lock you down on where you're going to put your hot tub.
Prefabricated spa pads are relatively inexpensive, and are fairly easy to assemble.  And if  you decide to move the hot tub, they are also easy to disassemble as well because they're made of interlocking pieces.  Their only real drawback is that you may need to chemically treat them to keep them from cracking as they are essentially resin or plastic.
Probably the cheapest and lowest effort solution of a base for your hot tub is to to use crushed rock or gravel. Before you put down the gravel, however, make sure to compact the ground and that you've come up with a drainage solution, both for any rainfall and for overflow from the tub.

What Does a Hot Tub Have to Do With the Big Game?

Well for one thing, a hot tub is a great way to enjoy any sort of sports.  You can sit and soak, and jump out every now and then to get a drink or nibble on some food.  After all, there have been a great many football games played in University of Phoenix Stadium, including some big ones.
Using a hot tub is a great way to relax, and it's not just for football.  Hot tubs are very versatile.  They can be used for a movie night or a date night.  However, I think it's clear that  a hot tub in Glendale goes well with the Big Game.

Design a Hot Tub Area

After you install a hot tub, you may want to make the area around it shine too. There are several ways to accomplish this.

Hot Tubs and Designing Your Space

Remember one thing about hot tubs. They are designed to be intimate, not bright. You don't want to install a bunch of lights that are bright and glaring. Instead install some solar accent lights near your tub, preferably near a walkway. Space them out about 2-3 feet from each other. Maybe have a decorative flagstone path leading to the hot tub. Also, where you place your hot tub can also be decorative.

Hot tub gazebos are good way to personalize your tub and at the same time protect it from the elements. Gazebos can be enclosed or latticed open-air structures. Both types have their advantages and disadvantages. Closed gazebos are more secure and are also good for storage of cleaning materials and chemicals in the enclosure for easy access when they need them. Open-air structures are another option. Whatever you decide on your hot tub, you also want to make sure you have the right hot tub accessories.

Hot Tub Accessories to Round it All Out

The right hot tub accessories can make or break your hot tub experience. Steps for example are a good way of accessing the hot tub, and are a low cost add on. Spa side enhancements make your hot tub look less like an intrusion and more like a part of your environment. Spa covers help to keep dust, dirt, and debris out. And what about music? Enjoy the ultimate backyard spa experience with spa entertainment systems.

So as you see, there is more to tub ownership than simply buying one. You also want to add to your experience and get the right decorations, and placement. Start with the first step: install a hot tub in Phoenix.

Because of the climate, hot tubs in Glendale, AZ,can be used almost year round. And one of the most stressful times is coming soon, if it isn't already here: back to school.

A hot tub in Glendale is a good thing to buy during back to school season. School starts August 12th in Glendale for high school students, and face it, teenagers are sometimes high maintenance. Between buying a new wardrobe, new shoes, and new textbooks, you're probably wanting some 'me' time. While the kids are off at school, you can pour yourself a glass of wine, and soak in the tub, and feel every single knot and pinched nerve relax. As to why a hot tub, well, think about it.

If you're married, and you have your kids in school, don't you and your significant other need a bit of private and intimate time together? A hot tub in Glendale is a perfect place to foster this intimacy. Our next article will explore the need for intimacy in a relationship and how time in a tub can help. For now though, know that a hot tub is a good addition to your home.

Places to Put a Hot Tub in Glendale

After you've decided to buy and install a hot tub, where do you put it? Well, one of the best places is in a patio area. Wherever you put the tub, make sure it's somewhere that fits these requirements.

First off, the location must be private. Makes sense if you think about it. You want a hot tub to be intimate, and it can't exactly be intimate on a public street. Next, the location must be safe from damage from water. Finally, the location must be near an electrical source. When you get all of that figured out, why then, it's time to buy yourself a back to school supply: a hot tub in Glendale.

Home Improvement Projects Part I: Hot Tubs in Phoenix

In this three part article series, we will explore home improvement projects, such as installing a hot tub in Phoenix. Part two of this series will explore installing barbeque islands, and part three will cover accessories.

Why Install a Hot Tub in Phoenix?

Install a Phoenix Hot Tub | (480) 656-7267
Face it, Phoenix is not balmy, nor is it just warm. It is very hot here. Why install a hot tub in Phoenix when we have so much heat to deal with already? Well, there is heat and there is heat from a hot tub, and they're very different. The heat from the sun leaves you drained, exhausted, thirsty and tired.

Soaking in a hot tub, however, leaves you relaxed, peaceful and stress free. And what's more, you can reduce the temperature to cool, soaking in basically a swimming pool with jets of water. There is another reason you want to get a tub too.

Hot Tubs: Improving Your Life

Because of the reasons we've discussed above, plus more, it is a good idea to install a hot tub. For one thing, any addition to your home that improves your quality of life is a good addition. Improved quality of life is one of the few proven factors to living a healthy and happy life itself. And who doesn't want that? Home improvements are great morale boosters. You transform your living environment and give it a fresh new look. Sometimes a home improvement is as simple as putting in new drapes or getting new furniture. Sometimes, it is merely a good spring cleaning you need, or maybe a kitchen remodeling. Other times you need something more than this. You need a home improvement that is more than just aesthetics, you also need something more practical, and something that will last you for years or even decades. And what home improvement project is best for that? Why, a Phoenix hot tub of course.
